TMJ or the Temporo-Mandibular Joint is the connection point between the mandible(jaw) and the temporal portion of the skull. Most muscles of the neck, head, and face have implications to the TMJ so to alleviate any stress or pain. Since there are many layers of small muscles in the neck and face this modality can easily use 30-60 minutes on this limited area.
